Bacon mac 'n' cheese stuffed pizza bites with a side of creamy ranch dip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 serving PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 cups leftover Marie Callender's® Vermont White Cheddar Mac & Cheese
  • 8 slices fully cooked bacon, heated, chopped
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
Instructions:
  • Begin by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F. Grab a 9-inch pie plate and coat it with cooking spray, then proceed by combining the mac and cheese with the bacon in a medium bowl. Set this mixture aside for later use.
  • Lay out pizza dough into a 15x9 rectangle; then cut into 24 squares. Spoon mac and cheese onto each square. Fold edges over the filling, sealing tightly. Arrange in a pie plate, seam-side down.
  • Brush dough with a luscious layer of butter, then generously sprinkle with parsley flakes and garlic powder. Bake until the top turns a rich golden brown, around 15 to 20 minutes. Serve the tempting bombs with a side of creamy ranch dressing.
