Decadent and buttery twist on pecan pie, perfect with homemade whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine dark corn syrup, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl. Add macadamia nuts and melted butter, then transfer the mixture into the pie shell.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 50 to 60 minutes until the filling sets, optionally covering the edges with foil to prevent browning too much.
