Try these delicious nutty muffins made with Original Bisquick® mix for a delightful bread option.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and sugar in a large bowl, then add nuts. Create a well in the center of the mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk together half-and-half, oil, vanilla, and egg. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with the batter.
  • Bake for 11 to 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, then promptly transfer to a cooling rack.
