Elevate crispy chicken with a unique twist by incorporating beloved Australian flavors into the breading.
Ingredients:
  • 100g macadamia nuts
  • 60g (1 cup) fresh breadcrumbs
  • 75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
  • 4 chicken breast minute steaks
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, pulse macadamia nuts until crushed. Transfer to a bowl and mix in breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread a layer of flour on a plate. Whisk eggs gently in a bowl. Coat chicken with flour, then dip in eggs, followed by macadamia mixture, pressing down to ensure a thorough coating.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Serve alongside vegetables.
