Indulgent mac and cheese casserole with savory Polish sausage and mixed veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • 1. Boil a generously salted large pot of water until bubbling. Cook macaroni until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, toss together macaroni, processed cheese, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, water, and sausage until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake with a shiny aluminum foil blanket for 20-25 minutes.
