Ingredients:
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, quartered
  • 40.00 ml Cointreau
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar, sifted
  • double cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine strawberries, Cointreau, and icing sugar. Mix thoroughly and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to develop their flavors. The strawberries will gently soften and create a delicious syrup.
  • Combine succulent strawberries and their juices in a bowl, then garnish with a dollop of rich cream.
