Upgrade your breakfast by adding chia seeds to these homemade blueberry flapjack pancakes for a flavorful twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, blend flour, baking powder, and salt together. Create a hole in the middle and incorporate milk and egg. Stir batter until well mixed. Gently mix in blueberries and chia seeds.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter and cook until the edges are dry and bubbles on top start to pop, approximately 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional minute.
