Skillet mac and cheese made from scratch, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces macaroni
  • water to cover
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 6 ounces grated Colby cheese
Instructions:
  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add dry macaroni noodles and just enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Stir the macaroni until most of the water evaporates and the pasta is al dente, around 8 minutes. Pour in evaporated milk and cream, then add grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and everything is well combined. Serve promptly.
