Irresistible Mai Tai punch - the ultimate fruity party cocktail!
Ingredients:
  • 180ml Rum Small Batch
  • 120ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 60ml Triple Sec liqueur
  • 40ml Orgeat syrup (see note)
  • 480ml pineapple juice
  • 4 dashes bitters
  • Lime wheels or wedges, to serve
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
  • Cubed ice
Instructions:
  • Gather all ingredients in a stylish punch bowl.
  • Add diced ice and mix energetically to cool and slightly dilute.
