Prepare delicious freezer-friendly breakfast cups with Nature Valley granola bars, oats, and berries for busy mornings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crushed Nature Valley™ crunchy granola bars, any flavor (about 3 individual packages)
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Combine crushed granola bars, oats, almonds, baking powder, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla. Gently add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Fill each muffin cup three-fourths of the way full and generously top with fresh berries for a burst of flavor.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes until fully cooked. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  • For extra servings, freeze on a sheet pan until solid. Seal in a freezer bag once frozen and store. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until warmed through.
