Satisfying ground beef and rice casserole, perfect for prepping ahead, guaranteed to please all tastes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1.3333333730698 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups water
  • 0.5 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 10x14-inch baking pan or large casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • In a hot skillet, sauté ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and crumbly, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, celery, water, rice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a baking pan.
  • Bake in the hot oven until bubbly and rice is fully cooked, approximately 1 hour.
