Ingredients:
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) coconut cream
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) pineapple juice
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Malibu coconut liqueur
  • 250.00 ml ice cubes
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lime juice
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) Midori melon liqueur
Instructions:
  • Mix the coconut cream and pineapple juice in a plastic container. Cover with foil and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Break up frozen coconut mixture using a metal spoon and transfer to a blender. Add Malibu, ice cubes, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Evenly distribute the Midori among the serving glasses. Pour the coconut mixture over it and serve promptly.
