Festive sundae topped with crushed biscuits to share with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 litres vanilla ice-cream
  • 250g packet Arnott’s Malt ‘O’ Milk biscuits, halved
  • 125.00 ml mini pink and white marshmallows, halved
  • 125.00 ml raspberry lollies, halved
  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • Hundreds and thousands, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place the ice-cream into a spacious bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes until softened, but not melted.
  • In a food processor, crush the biscuits. Combine crushed biscuits, marshmallows, and raspberry lollies with ice-cream. Mix until fully combined. Transfer the mixture into a 7cm-deep, 10cm x 20cm loaf pan. Smooth the surface, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze overnight or until firm.
  • Combine chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth. Let it cool for 20 minutes.
  • Take the ice-cream out of the freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes. Scoop the ice-cream into bowls and top with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. Optionally, crush 4 Malt ‘O’ Milk biscuits to sprinkle over sundaes before serving. Enjoy!
