Elevate your weekend gathering with this luxurious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5L (6 cups) milk
  • 40g milk powder
  • 55g caster sugar
  • 400g can condensed milk
  • 70g milk powder
  • 6 egg yolks
Instructions:
  • In a pan over medium heat, combine milk and malt powder and simmer. Add sugar, condensed milk, and powdered milk, then reduce heat to very low. Whisk in yolks and cook while stirring constantly until the mixture coats the back of a spoon, about 3-4 minutes. Pour into a shallow container and freeze until edges are frozen, approximately 2 hours. Beat with electric beaters, return to freezer, and repeat 2-3 times. Freeze until firm.
