Elevate any meal with vibrant mango pineapple salsa including peaches, bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño for a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 2 mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 small peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Combine mangos, peaches, tomatoes, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, pineapple, and cilantro in a large bowl. Mix in water, sugar, lime juice, jalapeño, garlic, and salt until evenly incorporated.
  • Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour before enjoying.
