Enjoy refreshing fruity cocktails with your friends.
Ingredients:
  • 112.50 gm white sugar
  • 125.00 ml mint leaves
  • 4 mangoes peeled, flesh diced
  • 4 free-stone peaches, sliced
  • 500ml pink champagne, chilled
Instructions:
  • Pulse sugar and mint in a food processor until fully blended. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Distribute mangoes and peaches evenly into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with mint sugar, then drizzle with champagne until the fruit is fully submerged. Serve promptly.
