Create a delicious summer cocktail by mixing peaches, mango, and prosecco.
Ingredients:
  • 3 small yellow peaches
  • 125.00 ml mango nectar
  • 62.50 ml peach schnapps
  • 750ml bottle prosecco, chilled
  • 250.00 ml chilled soda water
Instructions:
  • Peel and coarsely chop 2 peaches, then blend in a food processor until smooth.
  • Combine peach puree, mango nectar, and peach schnapps in a 1.5-liter jug. Add thinly sliced peach halves and ice cubes. Pour in prosecco and soda water. Stir gently and serve.
