Tangy mango salsa with a kick, perfect for topping grilled meats.
Ingredients:
  • 3 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced (with pulp)
Instructions:
  • Combine ripe mangos, crisp onion, vibrant green bell pepper, colorful red bell pepper, spicy jalapeno peppers, fresh cilantro, and zesty lime juice in a bowl.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until the ceviche is fully cold, for at least 1 hour.
