Ingredients:
  • 2 mangoes, chopped
  • 250ml (1 cup) mango and orange juice
Instructions:
  • Fill the empty moulds with water to measure. Transfer the water to a measuring jug to record the amount.
  • In a bowl, combine the chopped mango and mash until smooth using a potato masher. Stir in the juice until well incorporated, then transfer the mixture to a jug. Add more juice as needed to fill it up.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds, making sure to leave a 1 cm gap at the top. Insert a paddle pop stick with 4 cm exposed to serve as a handle. Freeze for 4 hours or until fully frozen.
