Cool off with homemade honey yogurt tropical popsicles.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml honey yoghurt
  • 1 medium mango cheek, sliced (see tip)
  • 131.25 gm orange juice
  • 2 medium passionfruit, halved (see note)
Instructions:
  • Place a luxurious spoonful of rich, creamy yogurt into each mould. Allow to chill in the freezer for about 1 hour or until perfectly firm.
  • Blend luscious ripe mango and tangy orange juice together until velvety smooth. Pour the tropical mixture into a jug, then gently fold in the vibrant passionfruit seeds. Finally, gracefully drizzle the fruity concoction over creamy yogurt in the molds.
  • Cover the moulds with lids and freeze for at least 4 hours until completely frozen. Serve and enjoy!
