Strawberry & honey yoghurt

Ingredients:
  • 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, washed, hulled
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 2 200g containers Greek-style natural yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Slice 4 large strawberries thinly and set aside. Put the rest of the strawberries and 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey in a small food processor or blender, then blend until finely chopped.
  • In a medium bowl, swirl the strawberry mixture into the yogurt to create a lovely marbled effect.
  • Spoon the yoghurt mixture into serving bowls, then garnish with the reserved strawberries and a drizzle of the remaining honey.
