Elevate honey yogurt with fresh strawberries and crunchy almond bread for a simple yet decadent dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 500g (2 cups) fat-free natural yoghurt
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, washed, dried, halved
  • 8 pieces almond bread
Instructions:
  • Place a double layer of muslin in a sieve over a large bowl. In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, cinnamon, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey until fully combined.
  • Transfer the creamy yoghurt blend into the muslin, seal it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 10 hours or overnight to allow it to drain excess liquid.
  • Invert the spiced honey yogurt onto a plate, remove the muslin. Distribute the strawberries among bowls. Layer with spiced yogurt, drizzle with the remaining honey. Enjoy with almond bread.
