Tuna, mango, and avocado ceviche: a vibrant and satisfying dish for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 0.5 cup diced avocado
  • 0.5 cup diced mango
  • 0.25 cup minced red onion
  • 0.25 cup minced cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup fresh lime juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix tuna, avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno. Drizzle with lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper, then gently toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour, tossing halfway through.
