Try a refreshing mango coleslaw to elevate your fish tacos with a tropical twist!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery seed
  • 0.5 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) package finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 firm, ripe mango - peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine vinegar, oil, honey, mayonnaise, celery seed, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper; whisk until creamy. Add cabbage, mango, cilantro, and green onions; toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour to meld flavors.
