Create a vibrant and tropical aperitif using rose, mango, and ruby grapefruit.
Ingredients:
  • 250ml (1 cup) mango nectar
  • 250ml (1 cup) ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 2 tsp grenadine syrup
  • 1 x 750ml btl chilled sparkling rose wine
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix mango nectar, grapefruit juice, and grenadine. Pour into serving glasses evenly. Add sparkling rose and crushed ice before serving.
