Whip up quick and refreshing mango pineapple lime slushies for a summer soiree.
Ingredients:
  • 250g frozen mango pieces
  • 250g frozen pineapple pieces
  • 500ml (2 cups) coconut water
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) lime juice cordial
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut cream
  • Shaved coconut or coconut flakes, to serve
  • Lime slices, to serve
  • Pineapple top, quartered, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine the mango, pineapple, coconut water, and lime cordial until smooth. Distribute the ice cubes evenly among 4 large serving glasses and pour the mango mixture over the ice.
  • Spoon the luscious coconut cream over the mango blend. Garnish with shaved coconut, lime slices, and pineapple tops for an extra touch of tropical flair.
