Mango strawberry and gelato sundaes

Ingredients:
  • 375g strawberries, hulled
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 2 mangoes
  • Lemon gelato, to serve
Instructions:
  • Start by adding 250g of fresh strawberries into a blender and sprinkle in some sugar. Blend until silky smooth. Pour the mixture into a jug, cover it, and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until perfectly cold.
  • Slice the rest of the strawberries. Peel the mangoes and chop them. Make layers of mangoes, strawberries, strawberry sauce, and gelato in serving glasses. Serve right away.
