Whip up a quick and refreshing mango lime cooler for a burst of sweet and tangy flavors in just five minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. Blend on high for about 15 seconds until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend for another 15 seconds until well combined.
