Delicious and easy Manicotti Italian Casserole, a family favorite.
Ingredients:
  • thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 (32 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1.5 pounds shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Boil a pot of salted water. Add rigatoni and cook until al dente, around 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef and Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Transfer to a baking dish using a slotted spoon. Mix in mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, and cooked pasta. Top with cheese and pepperoni.
  • Bake until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling, approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
