Teen-approved Italian manicotti: a satisfying meal for big appetites.
Ingredients:
  • 3 jars (26 to 30 ounces each) tomato pasta sauce (any variety)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 4 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders (not breaded)
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) manicotti shells
  • 3 cans (2 1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, (24 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Evenly distribute one-third of the contents of each jar of pasta sauce into the 3 baking dishes, each sized 13x9x2 inches, without greasing them.
  • Season chicken with aromatic garlic salt, then carefully stuff it into uncooked manicotti shells, ensuring they are filled completely. Arrange 14 stuffed shells on a layer of pasta sauce in each baking dish.
  • Evenly distribute the remaining pasta sauce over the stuffed shells to completely cover them. Then, sprinkle the olives and cheese on top for a delicious finishing touch.
  • Bake covered for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until shells are tender.
