Maple-glazed bacon Brussels sprouts - a delicious twist on a Thanksgiving classic.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • Spread Brussels sprouts in an even layer on a foil-lined 10x15-inch baking pan. Drizzle with oil, toss to coat, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in a preheated oven until tender and beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup, then toss to coat. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Combine the Brussels sprouts and bacon in a mixing bowl.
