Maple syrup and Cajun seasoning add sweet and spicy flavors to this easy mahi mahi dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 (4 ounce) fillets mahi mahi fillets, rinsed and patted dry
Instructions:
  • Warm up the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Combine the maple syrup, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Coat the mahi mahi fillets with the flavorful maple syrup mixture.
  • Sear the mahi mahi in hot oil until it easily flakes with a fork, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
