Dairy-free maple coconut ice cream, effortless to make with or without an ice cream maker.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend together coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until velvety smooth. Taste and tweak the sweetness to your liking.
  • Transfer mixture into your ice cream maker and let it freeze for approximately 20 minutes following the manufacturer's guidance. Once done, move the ice cream into an airtight container and freeze until it becomes firm, typically around 6 hours.
