Maple-Dijon marinated grilled pork tenderloin with a touch of sesame oil. Perfect for chicken as well!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions:
  • Mix together the mustard, sesame oil, garlic, pepper, and maple syrup. Coat the pork generously with the marinade in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches a gentle medium-low temperature.
  • Take out the pork from the marinade, and keep it aside. Simmer the leftover marinade in a small saucepan on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Oil the grill grate and add the meat on top. Grill the pork, brushing it with the reserved marinade, for about 15 to 25 minutes until the inside is no longer pink. Make sure to grill at moderate heat to prevent the marinade from burning.
