Make Easter chocolates with your kids for double the fun!
Ingredients:
  • 100g white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 100g good-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Melt white and dark chocolates separately in heatproof bowls over simmering water, ensuring the bowls do not touch the water, then let them cool slightly.
  • Fill each mould by alternating between 1 teaspoon of white chocolate and 1 teaspoon of dark chocolate. Use a wooden skewer to swirl the chocolates together. Gently tap the mould on the counter to release any air bubbles. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm. Enjoy!
