Delightful Margarita Slush, a refreshing must-have for Mexican cuisine and summer gatherings. Perfect for any occasion, even during the winter months. Close your eyes and imagine sipping by the poolside.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cans (10-oz.) frozen margarita concentrate
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (2 to 3 medium limes)
  • 1 medium lime, cut into 6 slices
  • Margarita salt for glass rims, if desired
  • 1 can (12-oz.) lemon-lime carbonated beverage
Instructions:
  • Combine the margarita concentrate, tequila, and lime juice in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture in an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. Freeze for at least 5 hours or until set.
  • To present elegantly, rim each glass with a lime wedge and dip in margarita salt. Then, spoon 2/3 cup of the frozen mixture into each glass and pour 1/4 cup of carbonated beverage over the top. Finish by garnishing with lime wedges.
