Impress with this gourmet lasagne recipe fit for a professional chef.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500g seafood marinara
  • 60ml white wine
  • 40.00 ml snipped fresh dill
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 bunch English spinach, trimmed and roughly chopped
  • 3 sheets fresh lasagne, each sheet cut into 4 rectangles
  • 39.60 gm low-fat mayonnaise
  • Grated rind 1 lemon
  • Extra snipped dill, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a hot frypan, sizzle minced garlic for 1 minute. Toss in the seafood and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes until perfectly cooked. Add wine and fresh dill, cook for an additional minute. Take off heat, season to taste, and enjoy!
  • Bring large pots of water to a boil. Quickly blanch spinach for 1 minute and then transfer to cold water. Cook pasta in batches over high heat for 2-3 minutes until al dente; drain and spread on a baking tray.
  • Combine the mayonnaise and lemon rind. Serve by placing a pasta sheet on each plate. Then, layer marinara, spinach, and another pasta sheet. Top it off with a spoonful of mayo, some extra dill, and freshly ground pepper.
