Ingredients:
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 125.00 gm dry white wine
  • 550.00 gm Italian tomato pasta sauce
  • 127.50 gm fish stock
  • 750g fresh seafood marinara mix
  • 125.00 ml flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil until shimmering. Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 3 minutes. Pour in wine and let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the pasta sauce and stock, then let it come to a boil while stirring occasionally. Stir in the marinara mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine marinara sauce and fresh parsley with the pasta, ensuring all ingredients are evenly mixed. Serve and enjoy.
