Enhance flank steak with a flavorful marinade for maximum tenderness and juiciness. Marinate for 2+ hours for best results.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) flank steak
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade. Transfer the steak to a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • Coat flank steak with marinade in the baking dish, ensuring it is thoroughly covered. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours, or up to 12 hours for optimal flavor.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Take out the steak from the marinade, allowing the excess to drip off. Dispose of the leftover marinade.
  • Grill the steak on high heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
  • Let the grilled dish rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Enjoy your delicious dish while it's hot!
