Vibrant Italian pasta salad featuring tortellini and broccoli florets.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, quartered lengthwise, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon salad supreme seasoning
Instructions:
  • Prepare tortellini according to package instructions until cooked to your liking. Add broccoli during the final minute of cooking. Once done, drain the tortellini and broccoli together, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, and then drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
  • Combine the cooked tortellini and broccoli with the salad ingredients, gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Stir lightly before serving.
