Elevate your rib-eye steaks with a rich marinade of Worcestershire, brown sugar, garlic, and onion for mouthwatering results on the grill.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (1/2 pound) rib-eye steaks
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.75 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • Vegetable oil for brushing grill
Instructions:
  • Season the steaks with a flavorful blend of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then set them aside.
  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Seal the bag tightly and shake to mix. Divide the marinade evenly into two bags, then add 2 steaks to each bag and coat them with the marinade. Remove any excess air, seal the bags, and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Get your outdoor grill blazing hot and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Pour the marinade from the bags into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
  • - Grill the steaks on the preheated grill to your preferred level of doneness, about 7 minutes on each side. Remember to brush frequently with the heated marinade in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the center of the steaks reaches 140°F (60°C) for medium doneness.
