Grilled tangy salmon fillets cooked in foil packets. Perfect with salad and bread or potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 6 lemons, juiced
  • 1.5 cups soy sauce
  • 1.5 cups white wine
  • 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
Instructions:
  • Combine the bright flavors of lemon juice, soy sauce, white wine, mustard, and honey in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the taste.
  • Lay each salmon fillet on a generous piece of aluminum foil and fold the foil to create a sealed basket. Divide the marinade evenly over the salmon fillets and seal the packets tightly. Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cooking.
  • Heat the grill on high temperature.
  • Grill the foil packets until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, for 10 to 15 minutes.
