Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard powder, ginger, and ground black pepper in a flavorful mix in a medium bowl.
  • In a shallow, nonporous dish, coat the salmon with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill to a sizzling medium-high heat and give the grate a light oiling.
