Creamy herb-infused mashed potatoes for two, made with butter and cream.
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, simmer potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
  • In a pan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until light brown and fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the garlic to the potatoes.
  • Combine cream, butter, fragrant thyme, fresh rosemary, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper with the potatoes until velvety using an electric mixer.
