Elevate your Valentine's Day dinner with this irresistible garlic mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 2 large sebago potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 63.13 gm pure cream
  • 25g butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Lay out the garlic on a baking tray and let it roast for about 20 minutes, or until it turns soft and aromatic.
  • Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover them with cold water. Boil over high heat. Reduce to medium and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until just tender. Drain and return to the pan. Add roasted garlic, cream, and butter. Mash until smooth, season with salt and pepper, then serve.
