Elevate mashed potatoes by serving in martini glasses for a unique twist. Pair with other ingredients for a stunning main course.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups hot water
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 pouches (4.7 ounces each) Betty Crocker™ roasted garlic mashed potatoes
  • Assorted toppings (shredded cheese; cooked bacon pieces; chopped bell peppers, broccoli, avocado, green onions; sliced ripe olives; sour cream)
Instructions:
  • In a 5-quart Dutch oven, bring water and butter to a boil, then remove from heat.
  • Mix in the milk and 4 pouches of potatoes until just moistened. Allow to sit for about 1 minute or until the liquid is absorbed. Whip with a fork until smooth.
  • Prepare the 3 1/2-quart slow cooker by spraying the inside with cooking spray. Transfer the mashed potatoes into the slow cooker to keep warm over low heat. Serve with your favorite toppings.
