Ingredients:
  • 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 0.5 cup salted butter, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh marjoram
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, submerge potatoes in salted water and bring to a boil. Let them simmer on medium-low heat until tender, approximately 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter with a blend of aromatic herbs including rosemary, sage, thyme, and marjoram on high power for about 30 seconds.
  • Combine the potatoes with the aromatic herb butter mixture. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth with a slightly chunky texture.
