Whisk matcha powder with soy milk and yogurt for a delicious green tea smoothie.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup low-fat soy milk
  • 0.5 cup low-fat vanilla Greek-style yogurt
  • 0.75 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)
  • 3 cubes ice, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine soy milk, yogurt, green tea powder, and ice. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute, or until the ice is completely crushed.
