Adult Butter Beer: A boozy twist on the iconic Harry Potter drink with spiced rum and butterscotch schnapps.
Ingredients:
  • 1 fluid ounce spiced rum (such as Sailor Jerry®)
  • 1 fluid ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 0.5 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cream soda
  • 1 small scoop vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
  • Combine the rum and schnapps in a chilled 14-ounce mug.
  • Add the butter flavoring to the cream soda, pour it into a chilled mug, and gently drop in the ice cream.
