Delicious shepherd's pies filled with veggies and cheese, made effortlessly in a pie maker. Great for parties!
Ingredients:
  • 300g can Baked Beanz
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
  • 1 green shallot, thinly sliced
  • 6.10 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 500.00 ml mashed potato (see note)
  • 25g (1/4 cup) coarsely grated cheddar
  • Tomato sauce, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Mix the beans, carrot, shallot, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  • Begin by preheating the pie maker. Use the large pie maker pastry cutter to cut out four discs from each pastry sheet. Line four pie maker holes with pastry and spoon one-eighth of the bean mixture into each hole. Top each with 1/4 cup of mashed potato and a sprinkle of half of the cheese. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the pastry turns golden. Repeat the process with the remaining pastry, bean mixture, mashed potato, and cheese to make a total of 8 delicious pies. Serve with a dollop of tomato sauce on top.
